Explore Farhang: An Afternoon with Sohrab Sepehri - 11.06.11

In our continued efforts to expand our activities in showcasing Iranian art and culture, Farhang introduced a new concept in programming called Explore Farhang. The first of these series focused on poetry and will feature individuals who will be sharing their wealth of knowledge and passion for Sohrab Sepehri, his words, paintings, and vision.

Joining us on this day, for an in-depth discussion and exploration of Sohrab Sepehri were Mehdi Sarreshtehdari and Nasrin Beyraghdar, featuring the music of Navid Kandelousi. The afternoon offered an intimate setting for lovers of contemporary Persian poetry who wish to share their passion with one another over tea.
